Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original seasonal packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
